Just came back from a girls trip in Las Vegas and we had the most fun bringing different recipes to the table.

Here's a quick one for mornings you just want to get out the door. Save this one for your next girl's trip!

1 cup keto crunch
1 cup 2% milk
.75 scoop vanilla protein powder
Mandarin orange slices
1tsp zentai matcha

It's finally here! The famous zentai matcha smoothie recipe. Order your time from Amazon via the link in bio and prepare for basically an ice cream breakfast smoothie but it's actually good for you.

I have this smoothie every morning 🌞✨

Ingredients:

- 1 tsp zentai matcha powder (link in bio!)

- 2 scoops (1 serving) vanilla protein powder

- 1 cup (8oz) (65g) goats milk (or any milk)

- 1 scoop gut health probiotic (I use the one from @nakednutrition #notsponsored)

- 1 cup ice (make sure to make ice from filtered water)

- 1/2 cup (4oz) filtered water

Instructions:

Add all liquid ingredients first and then dry ingredients into a blender.

Blend on medium for 1 full minute or until consistency becomes smooth and ice is fully blended. The quantity should double in volume.
